This is a show where we talk about a modern retirement shift. People in their 60’s, 70’s and more deciding to keep working in some capacity, re-defining retirement more than any previous generation. Because for those of us in the 60 and More Crowd (me too) , work isn’t over. It’s evolving. This is a Canadian based podcast with a wide global lens.
We older workers bring immense value to the marketplace.
Confirming the working longer conversation is a global conversation, in some countries more mainstream and forward thinking like Japan or Sweden- where the older workforce is a vital asset.
I am Sue Plant, the host, producer, creator and chief research officer too. I guide the conversation with listeners around the modern global workplace.
What's my background: I previously spent my career at Scholastic, and now I explore how work is evolving beyond traditional retirement.”
